Alerts
- App Alert - This alert will appear when CallPotential is not open on your screen and is produced by Google Chrome. It appears in the bottom, right-hand corner of your screen when new communication comes into a location you are assigned. Click the alert to open CallPotential to a location user's Workspace or web user's Dashboard view. If CallPotential was previously opened, clicking this will open to your last view.
- System Alert - This alert will appear when CallPotential is open on your screen and is produced by CallPotential. It appears in the upper, right-hand corner underneath your Alert icon when new communication comes into a location you are assigned. Click the alert to open the appropriate interaction card.
