Compose Text

  • (A) Compose Collection Text - Click to open a preview of the text.
  • (B) Edit message - The text will appear with a pre-populated message allowing you to make edits as necessary.
  • (C) Templates - Click to access a list of additional standard messages.
  • (D) Recipients - Click to include additional text recipients. 
  • (E) Send - After making updates, click to send the text. 



Confirming Text Sent

  • (F) Message Sent - After clicking Send, the message will appear in the text body. After sending the initial text, it will no longer appear in your Outstanding Collection list.



During Text Conversation

  • (G) Promise to Pay - If enabled by your management team, this temporarily delays future collection events.
