Setup Evaluation Rules

How to setup your employee Evaluation Rules

1. Login to the WebAPP & Advanced Dashboard

First, in order to setup your call evaluation rules, you will need to log in to the WebAPP. In order to do this, you can navigate to http://app.callpotential.com and log in with your Administrator credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please contact support at 877-552-2557.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will want to click the "Advanced Dashboard" sub-tab.

2. Setup Evaluation Rules

Once into the Advanced Dashboard, you will want to click the "Setup Evaluation Rules" link, located below Employees. This will take you into the Evaluation Rules page.

3. New Rule

After the Evaluation Rules page loads, you will want to click on the "New Rule" button, located at the top of the page, to create a new evaluation rule. If you wish to edit an existing one, simply locate the rule that you wish to edit in the table below and click the "edit" link to the right of it. Additionally, if you wish to remove a rule, check the box to the left of the rule you wish to remove, and then click the "Archive" button.

4. Fill out the Form

After the form loads up, you will want to fill each field out to make sure the rules do exactly what you want them to do. The fields are as follows:

1. Rule Name - The name of the new evaluation rule
2. Location - The locations that you wish to include on this evaluation rule
3. Call Type - The types of calls to be included on this evaluation rule
4. Frequency - How often to send the calls to grade via email
5. Send Every - When to send the calls to grade, according to the Frequency
6. Number of Calls to Include - The number of calls to be graded
7. Number of Peer Reviews - The number of required Peer Reviews on each call
8. Prevent Same Store Grading - By checking this, you can prevent stores from grading a call that came into their own store
9. First Calls to Pull - Ability to select which calls to pull for grading first
10. Include only calls since last run - By checking this, you will only include calls to grade since the last run (excluding outstanding)
11. Gradesheet - Which gradesheet to apply the evaluation rules to
12. Roles To Be Evaluated - ?

5. Select Employees to Exclude

At the bottom of the form, you will see a list of all your employees. By default, all employees will be included on the new grade rules. If you wish to exclude certain employees, simply search for the in the search field, and then click on their name. This will add them to the "Exclude Employees" list.

6. Save

After you have completed the entire form, you are ready to save your changes. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button. Your new evaluation rule is now in place!


Evaluation rules are set up to run on a time basis.. so if rules are changed then the new rules would apply to calls generated in the next run
