Information about the Call & Lead Trends report
Table of Contents
1. Summary
This report gives you an overview of the calls that come into the facility, as well as the leads created and their status, by month. With all reports, you are able to either download the file, or email the report directly from this screen.
2. Location Column
This column refers to the locations listed on your account. Each location has a row, so that all data directly to the right applies to said location.
3. Type Column
This column is a key for the remaining columns, from top to bottom:
a. Calls - The number of calls that have come into the facility
b. Leads - The number of leads created total at the facility
c. Rented - The number of Leads who rented
d. Expired - The number of leads that are no longer active (ie: cancelled)
e. Complete Followup - The number of leads that completed the followup workflow
f. Removed (Manual) - The number of leads that were manually cancelled
g. Removed (Other) - The number of leads that were automatically removed
4. Month Columns
These columns represent the totals for each month, and then the total for the year all the way to the right.
