Information about the Location Grade Summary report

1. Summary
This report provides you with a list of all the employee self and peer grades that have been stated and/or completed, in the given date range. In addition to the date range, you can filter your data by Location, Employee, Grade, Confirmation Status (if completed), or Call Type! With all reports, you will be able to download the transcript or email it.
2. First two columns
The first two columns will list the employee's name, and the location that they were at for this particular call.
3. Next three columns
The next three columns will display when the call came in, the recording and/or transcription of the call, as well as the what the call was dispositioned as (ie: lead, customer, etc).
4. Final four columns
The final four columns will give you insight on the outcome of the call. Here are some tips on what each column means:
1. Self Grade - This column will display the grade the employee gave themselves for this call
2. Avg Peer Grade - This is the average grade the employee received on this call, graded by other employees (clicking the link will take you to the grade sheet)
3. Mgr Grade - This is the grade that the Manager has given the employee for this call
4. Override - Clicking this link will take you to the grade sheet, to change a grade
