Leads and Customers can request their phone numbers get removed from receiving texts from CallPotential. These requests can be initiated by Leads or Customers by replying "Stop" to inbound texts or system users at the request of a Lead or Customer. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to view these excluded numbers.
