Launch CallPotential via the Application Tray - If you've recently logged into CallPotential, it may already display in the application tray. If it does, you will only need to complete steps (A) & (B). If the icon doesn't appear, you will need to complete steps (C) through (L).

  • (A) Application Tray - Click to open and access the CallPotential icon.

  • (B) CallPotential Icon - Click to open CallPotential to your Dashboard. If you don't see the CallPotential icon here, continue to step (C).


Registering CallPotential

  • (C) CallPotential desktop icon - Double click the CallPotential icon from your desktop screen.
  • (E) Send Login to Email - Doubling clicking the desktop icon will open this window. Enter the (D) location email in the window and click Send Login to Email. The location email can be found at Settings > Locations > Edit Location > Location Details > Email Address.
  • (F) Log in to CallPotential - Open the email and click Log in to CallPotential.

Note: Depending on your Chrome settings, you may need to first click Open CallPotential in an additional popup screen before completing this step.

  • (G) Launch CallPotential - Click to launch CallPotential into your application tray. After clicking Launch CallPotential, you may need to complete step (H).

Note: This step may not appear on your screen. If it doesn't, continue to step (I).

  • (H) OK - Click OK to launch CallPotential into your application tray.


Launch CallPotential after Registering it

  • (I) Application Tray - Click to open and access the CallPotential icon.
  • (J) CallPotential Icon - Click the CallPotential icon.

Note: This window will only appear if there are multiple locations using the location email. If there is just one location using the location email, CallPotential will open directly to the Dashboard after you complete step (J).

  • (K) Select Location(s) dropdown - Click the dropdown to select which location(s) you want to sign into.
  • (L) Launch - Click to open CallPotential to your Dashboard.
