This information applies to all CallPotential Reports as each report's structure is identical.

Access

  • (A) Reports icon - Located in the Left hand navigation column, click to access the Reports Dashboard.  

  • (B) Report Dashboard - Lists all CallPotential Reports. Note: Some Reports specific to modules your organization don’t subscribe to may contain incomplete information. 



Report Structure & Filtering Options

  • (C) Reports - Click to return to Report Dashboard.


  • (D) Arrow - Click to open the report's (E) filter options. Filter settings get applied to all charts in the report. Note: Filter options may be unique to the specific report you are viewing and slightly different than this example.


  • (F) Column width - Click the edge of the column you wish to resize and adjust either wider or more narrow.


  • (G) Sort - Click the column's title to access sorting options. Options include ascending or descending numerical order or alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order.


Note: Hover over the specific chart to access options (H) & (I).

  • (H) Expand chart - This will remove other charts in the report in order to make space for the expanded report.
  • (I) Export - Click to export individual charts within the report. Exporting options include CSV or Excel files.


  • (J) Undo - Click to undo a specific action(s). You are able to undo several actions.
  • (K) Redo - Click to redo an action. You are able to redo several actions.
  • (L) Reset - Click to clear all filters, sorts, and adjustments to the column width.
