Default description
1. Expand the Accordion View
Click on the "Open" button at the top of the accordion view to expand it.
2. Click on the Search button
Click on the little magnifying glass at the top right corner of the accordion view.
3. Refine your Search
Use the search fields to find the lead that you are looking for.
Note: Ensure that the Type field is set to Leads when searching for leads.
4. Search for your Lead
Enter either the leads name, unit, or phone number and click the Search button.
5. Select your Lead off the List
View the table below the search fields after pressing the Search button, and click on the "Open" button under the Status column next to the leads name to open the lead card.
6. Success
You have successfully found your lead in CallPotential!
