1. Check your Microphone Settings

1. Check your Microphone Settings

One reason you may not be able to accept incoming calls is due to the fact that your microphone is not enabled for us in CallPotential. This will be indicated by a little camera with a red x in it, located at the top right corner of the screen (red arrow). In order to fix this problem, click on this icon and click "always allow microphone on app.callpotential.com", and select the correct microphone off the drop down list. Refresh your browser from there by clicking the refresh button (green arrow), and then you are all set!

If you do not see this little icon in the corner, or you do and it does not have a red x, proceed to Step 2.

2. Contact Customer Support

2. Contact Customer Support

If Step 1 does not fix the issue, we ask that you contact customer support as soon as possible so we can take a look for you. You can reach us by clicking the "Chat Now" button located at the bottom right of the screen (red arrow), or by giving us a call at the Support number listed at the top right of the screen (green arrow).
