What is VoIP

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows you to make voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. In order to ensure high-quality phone service using VoIP, your internet service must meet the following requirements.

Please follow this guide to test your internet connection - Run A Speed Test

Why should I consider CallPotential VoIP?

CallPotential offers VoIP service as a simple solution in configuring your phones to use our Lead Manager services. While it is not a requirement for implementing our services, it is often an easier option than working with your phone company and typically saves you money. Lead Manager requires all of your customer dialed lines to connect to the CallPotential system. In order to do this, you customer dialed lines must be ported (moved) or forwarded to CallPotential. We then need a unique number/line at the location where we can send the calls to be answered at the location. CallPotential VoIP can be the simple solution for this unique location line.

What is the Cost?

The standard cost for CallPotential VoIP is $25/month per location. This price includes up to 5 phones/line and can typically save you money over traditional landline business phone service.

What equipment do I need?

You will need to order phones that are compatible with CallPotential VoIP services. While you can order from any provider, please refer to this guide for compatible models. VoIP Compatible Phones
