1.) Navigate to CallPotential's Advanced Dashboard
2.) Under Miscellaneous Setup, Click on 'Setup Email Notifications'
3.) Set up Email Notifications
A. Set the frequency of the report. You can select daily, weekly or monthly. If you select weekly, you can choose what day of the week you would like to receive the report, and it will arrive the following morning of the day selected. If you select monthly, you can choose what day of the month you would like to receive it, and it will arrive the following morning of the date selected.
B. Select this option if you would like a notification for new leads created
C. Select this option if you would like a notification when an employee delays a collection action
D. Select this option if you would like to see your name in the drop down menu in our CallPotential Thinclient
E. Select this option if you would like a notification when a duplicate lead is created.
