An explanation on how to access your Collections List

First, you will want to launch the program. You can do this by double-clicking on the little black radio tower on your desktop, titled "CallPotential".

Note: If you cannot find it on your desktop, you can search for the program by typing "CallPotential" into the search bar on the start menu

After double-clicking the icon on your desktop, you will have to double-click the little black radio tower icon now located on your task bare.

Note: to expand the taskbar to see all running programs, click the little triangle

After the client has loaded, expand the accordion menu on the right. The collections list will hold all the scheduled events that you are to complete for the day. No more running through tenant notes, or combing through your whole customer database! All the events that you are supposed to complete for the day will be right in this list for you. If this screen does not suit you, move on to step 4 to check out another option.

If you prefer to do your collections by logging in to the WebAPP, you can do so by accessing our website at: http://app.callpotential.com
From here, you will be able to log in and view your collections list, and complete all your collection calls for the day. If you do not know your log in, please contact support at 877-552-2557 so we can retrieve it for you!

After logging into the WebAPP, you will notice there are two tabs: Employee and Report. Make sure you are on the Employee Tab. Then, click on the "Collection List" sub-tab. This will bring up the same list that is located in your ThinClient! Just click "Open" next to each event that needs to be completed, and it will bring up that customers card where you can do the scheduled event.
