Information about the Competitor Report

1. Summary
This report provides you with an overview of leads, in the given date range, that were lost to your competitors. With all reports, you are able to either download the CSV file, or email the report directly from this screen.
2. Location Column
This column will display all the locations you have on your account. Each row will contain location-specific data.
3. Total Leads Column
This column refers to the total leads that have been lost.
4. Lost to Competitors Column
This column refers to the number of leads that have been cancelled, with the manager selecting "Lost to Competitor" for the cancellation reason.
5. Competitor Columns
These columns refer to the top competitors, in the given date range, that you lost the most leads to.
