Access

  • (A) Forgot Password? - From your CallPotential login screen, click to reset your password.


Reset Password

  • (B) Reset Password - Enter your email address in the window, then click. “Email with a password reset link will be sent if there is an associated account” will appear, indicating that an email has been sent to the address you entered.

  • (C) Open email - After opening the email sent by the system, click the Change password link.

  • (D) Update Password - Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password following the minimum password requirements. 

  • (E) Change Password - After meeting the minimum password requirements, this link becomes enabled. Click to apply your password changes. Passwords must contain the following:

    • 1 upper-case letter

    • 1 number

    • At least 8 characters

  • (F) Return to Login - After successfully updating your password, click to return to the login page where you can enter the new password.
