This report provides an overview of Lead activity per location and includes Leads whether they originated in CallPotential or your Management Software.


Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.


Lead Summary

  • (A) Location - Every location associated with your account. 

  • (B) Total Leads - The total number of Leads that were created.

  • (C) Active - The number of Leads that are still Active.

  • (D) Rented - The number of Leads that have Rented.

  • (E) Lost - The number of Leads that have been Cancelled.

  • (F) Closing % - The Lead closing percentage as calculated by the total Leads divided by the number of Leads rented. 

  • (G) Total Follow-ups - The total number of Follow-ups that have been completed.

  • (H) Manual - The number of manually completed Follow-ups.

  • (I) Auto - The number of automatically completed Follow-ups.

  • (J) Delayed - The number of Delayed Follow-ups.

  • (K) Avg Outstanding - The daily average of outstanding events.

  • (L) Time to First - The average time to complete the first manual Follow-up event compared to the time it was scheduled to be completed (format DD:HH:MM).


Lead Details

  • (M) Location - The location where the Lead was created.

  • (N) Lead ID - The unique identification given to each Lead.

  • (O) Name - The Lead's name.

  • (P) Phone - The Lead's primary phone number. 

  • (Q) Status - The Lead's current status. 

  • (R) Lead Creator - The user's name who created the Lead. System indicates an API Lead.

  • (S) Created Date/Time - The date and time the Lead was created.

  • (T) Ad Source - Indicates the tracking line that the Lead called in on. 

  • (U) Lead Type - Lead type (Inquiry, Reservation, etc.). Note: Additional types may be listed depending on which property management software your company uses.

  • (V) Follow-ups - The number of Follow-ups completed for the Lead.

  • (W) Unit Type - The type of unit that the Lead has inquired about, Reserved or Rented. 

  • (X) Unit Size - Unit size.

  • (Y) Rate - Unit price. 

  • (Z) Special - Indicates which special is applied to the unit price. 

  • (AA) Rented Date - The date which the Lead rented (moved-in).

  • (BB) Transferred - Indicates whether or not the Lead was neighbored. 

  • (CC) View Lead - Click View in this column to access read-only versions of the Lead & History card for a specific Lead. Within the History card, you can listen to previous calls as well as read previous emails and text correspondences.
