This guide covers various settings specific to CallPotential's Collection Manager services. Collection settings help manage how you would like to work with past due tenants in the CallPotential system. If you do not subscribe to CallPotential Collection Manager, these settings are not applicable to your account.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access this option.

Access

  • (A) Edit Pencil - From the location list identify the location you wish to edit and click to open its profile.
  • (B) Collections - The list will default to your Location Details list. Click to access the location's Collections settings.

(L) Exclude Payment Link AfterEnter the number of days delinquent the tenant must be in order to exclude the paylink from communication. Note: StorEdge does allow for a convenience fee to be added but it appears as a dropdown list instead of a manually entered dollar amount. It is currently only a single dropdown so it is either activated or not activated. Yardi/CenterShift also functions differently, requiring you to click a dropdown to select the fee name and then enter the amount you want to charge.
(O) Convenience Fee (CallPotential Payment Portal) Enter the convenience fee paid by the tenant when a payment is entered by an employee in CallPotential.SiteLink, CenterShift, Domico Cloud
(P) Convenience Fee (Automated Phone Payments)Enter the convenience fee paid by the tenant when making a payment through the pay-by-phone system.SiteLink, CenterShift, Domico Cloud
