This guide covers various Lead settings specific to CallPotential's Lead Manager services. Lead settings help manage how you would like to work with Leads within the CallPotential system. If you do not subscribe to CallPotential's Lead Manager, these settings are not applicable to your account.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access this option.

Access

  • (A) Edit Pencil - From the location list, identify the location you wish to edit and click to open its profile.

  • (B) Leads - Click to access the location's Leads settings.


Edit Leads Settings

General

This setting will not apply for StorEdge integration. StorEdge controls the eSign sending process. Clicking the "Send" button in CallPotential will cause StorEdge to send the eSign link to the email or phone number we specify.

(OO) eSign Rental Email TemplateClick to select the default template to be used when sending an email during the Move-in process.

Yardi, SiteLink, Doorswap/Domico Cloud

This setting will not apply for StorEdge integration. StorEdge controls the eSign sending process. Clicking the "Send" button in CallPotential will cause StorEdge to send the eSign link to the email or phone number we specify.

(PP) Optional vs Required Move-in FieldsClick to select which fields are required when completing a Move-in. Note: Selecting 2 non-sequential locations while pressing Shift on your keyboard will include all the locations in-between.
