When using tracking lines for different marketing/ad purposes, you'll want to assign a unique ad name to each for tracking purposes. This guide explains how to create unique ad names to assign to your tracking lines. 


Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality. 

You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and create a new ad source.

Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.
  • (B) Ads - Click to access all Active and Archived ads.


Create a New Ad

  • (C) New Ad - Click to access new Ad settings.


Ad Settings

  • (D) Ad Name - Click to enter the Ad name.

  • (E) Ad Type dropdown - Click the dropdown to access and assign an available Ad Type.

  • (F) Total Monthly Cost - Enter the monthly cost of running the ad. 

  • (G) Source Match (optional) - Match to a Lead that comes through a Marketing source.

  • (H) Editable checkbox (optional) - Click to make this ad source editable.

  • (I) Always Visible checkbox (optional) - Click to view all ads, regardless of whether or not there is a number associated with the ad. If left unchecked, only ad names for locations which have a number associated with the ad will be visible.


Save

  • (J) Save - Click to save the new ad and return to the full list of Active and Archived ads.

  • (K) Cancel - Click to discard any changes made and return to the full list of Active and Archived ads.
