This guide explains where to locate a Lead Type and how to make adjustments. Lead Types may need to be updated throughout the life of the Lead. For example, a Lead can initially be created as an Inquiry and will need to be updated to a Reservation when they want to reserve a unit.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Your Lead Type options may differ from this example as they can be customized by your management team.

Access - Note: Before you can update a Lead Type, you'll first need to access the specific Lead Card. Click here to learn how to do that.

  • (A) Lead Type dropdown - From inside the Lead Card, click the dropdown to access your available Lead Type options.


Select and Save

  • (B) Lead Type - Select the appropriate Lead Type. Note: Your Management team may have created slightly different Lead Type options than what appears here. For more information on how system administrators can create custom Lead Types, click here.

  • (C) Save - Click to save your newly selected Lead Type and close the Lead Card.
