If you do not subscribe to the full suite of CallPotential services and depending on your management's settings, some of these icons may not appear or contain data.

Icons

  • (A) Dashboard - From anywhere in the system, click to come back to the Dashboard screen.
  • (B) Workspace - Click to access any open interaction card.
  • (C) Leads - Opens scheduled Lead follow ups with the option to access a complete list of all Leads. The number above the icon indicates the amount of outstanding Lead follow-ups.
  • (D) History - Opens Interaction History and defaults to the Unprocessed list with the option to access the full Interaction History. The number above the icon indicates the amount of remaining unprocessed items.
  • (E) Customers - Opens to Outstanding Collections by default with the option to open the full Customer list. The number above the icon indicates the amount of remaining, outstanding Collection events.
  • (F) Evaluation - Provides access to CallPotential’s Performance Manager.
  • (G) Reports - Provides access to Reports.
