Reference Columns
(A) Sr No - Indicates the item's serial number.

Inbound columns (per facility)
(C) Total - The total number of calls received through CallPotential.
(D) Answered - The total number of calls that were answered at any point in your call routing.
(E) Not Answered - The total number of calls that were not answered at any point in your call routing.
(F) Leads - The total number of calls dispositioned as Leads.
(G) Customer - The total number of calls dispositioned as Customers.
(H) Collection - The total number of calls that came into the collection line.
(I) Other - The total number of calls dispositioned as Other.

(J) Total - The total number of outbound calls initiated through CallPotential.
