Open Record from Follow-up List - The specific follow-up communication method is indicated under Type in the Follow-up list.
  • (A) Lead icon - Click to access the list of Follow-up events. The list will automatically open to Follow-ups.

  • (B) Open - Click to access the Lead card and to proceed with the Follow-up email.


Review Lead Record - Review the Lead record and notes to familiarize yourself with the Lead before sending the email.

  • (C) Script - Note any special directions or scripting that may have been customized by your management team.


Start Email

  • (D) Start Follow-up - Click to initiate the manual Follow-up email. 

  • (E) Start Follow-up dropdown - Click to access additional email addresses (if available) associated with the account.  

  • (F) Next Follow-up - Indicates the next date (after the current scheduled Follow up) a scheduled follow-up communication is scheduled. 

  • (G) Information - Click for information regarding the next follow up event. 

  • (H) Delay - Click to delay the current follow up. Click here for a more detailed explanation on our Delay Follow up feature.


Edit & Send Email - Be sure to review the Lead card before sending the email.

  • (I) Add Recipients - Click to add additional recipients to the message.

  • (J) Email Body - A preview of the email will appear with a pre-populated message. Make edits as necessary.  

  • (K) Template dropdown - Click to access a list of additional standard messages. 

  • (L) Send - After making updates, click to send the email.


Confirming Email Sent & Update Record - Notes are automatically updated to reflect the Follow-up communication along with the initials of the employee who completed the event.

  • (M) Message Sent - After clicking Send, a confirmation message will appear confirming your email has been sent. 

  • (N) Save - Enter any necessary updates to the Lead card then click Save to apply updates and exit the Lead Card.
