To create a new Lead from an existing Customer, the Customer needs their Lead status to be Rented.

Access

  • (A) Lead tab - From the Customer, click to create a new Lead. Click here to learn how to access a Customer card.


Create a new Lead - Note: When creating a new Lead card, the Date Needed will default to today's date.  Edit as necessary.

  • (B) Create New Lead - Click this to create a new Lead card. 
  • (C) View existing - Click this to view the existing Lead card. This selection will not create a new Lead.
  • (D) Contact Header - This contains information gathered from the Customer’s record and cannot be edited with the exception of their Lead status.
  • (E) Active - The Lead status shows Active.
  • (F) Lead Details - The default information reflects this person being a new walk-in Lead. Edit as necessary.
  • (G) Inventory - There is no inventory selected, reflecting this as a new Lead.
  • (H) Save - This will become enabled once all required information has been entered. Click to enter the Lead into a Follow-up workflow and close the Lead card. If the new Lead was saved in the web client, an email will be sent to the location in which it was saved indicating a new Lead has been created.
