CallPop - The cancelled Lead information will be saved in the system and appear in the CallPop.
- (A) Accept Call - If connected via computer, click the green accept icon. If connected via a phone option, simply pick up your phone.
Status Dropdown
- (C) Name - Enter the name of the caller.
- (D) Select Matching Name - Click to select the matching name in the dropdown.
- (E) +more - If you don't see the matching name in the dropdown, click to access additional names.
Change Lead Status
- (F) Directional Arrows - Use the directional arrows to search for additional Leads if this isn't the correct match.
