Note - When calling a Lead or Customer, always use the Start Call button inside the Lead and Customer Card. The Dialer appears only after you've connected as an Agent.

Step 1 - Click to open the Dialer (A). Choose the location you wish to call from (B).



Step 2 - Click the phone to place your call. Note: This becomes clickable once a phone number has been entered.



Keypad (C) - Allows you to enter numbers manually.

Phonebook (D) - Allows you to call saved Locations (E) or People (F).
