Access

Step 1 - Click Reports.



Step 2 - Click Ad Performance.



Step 3 - Click the icon (A) next to Tracking Reports: Ad Performance and you’ll be brought back to Step 2. The date range selected (B). Use the filter option (C) to narrow your report, including updating the date range. You can export the report to another program by clicking (D).



Explanation

All (A) - Number of calls that came in on a particular Ad Source (this includes multiple calls from the same caller).

Lead (B) - Number of calls that have come into the Ad Source that have been marked as a Lead.

Total (C) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source.

Active (D) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source that are still active (not cancelled or rented).

Rented (E) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source that are rented (not cancelled or active).

Lost (F) - Number of Leads generated with the given Ad Source that are lost (not rented or active).

Closing(%) (G) - Percentage of Leads created with the given Ad Source and actually rented.
