There are times when a user needs to delay a Follow-up event
like when a Lead has recently called or stopped
in. When that happens, it might make sense to delay
the next event
if it's scheduled to occur relatively soon.
The purpose of this guide is to explain how to create reasons a user is required to select from when delaying a Follow-up event.
