This guide explains how to call someone that is not a Lead or Customer via the Dialer located inside the status bar. Don't forget that you should never use this function to directly dial a Lead or Customer
. These calls should always be initiated using the "Start Call" icon inside the Lead or Customer card
Step 2 - Enter Number
- Keypad (C) - Allows you to enter numbers manually as you would a normal phone. Keypad image shown in Step 1.
- Phonebook (D) - Clicking opens (saved) Locations (E) or (saved) People (F) for more convenient calling to frequent contacts.
Step 3 - Connect Call
- Click the phone icon to place your call.
Note: This becomes clickable once Step 1 and Step 2 have been completed.
