The purpose of this guide is to explain what can be done by accessing the various Settings and Functions icons. These icons are located in the top, right corner of every CallPotential page. Note: Depending on your system access level, you may not have this complete list of icons.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Icons

  • (ANew - When a new Lead walks into your location, click this to open a new Lead card.

  • (B) Search - Provides a way to search for both

Customers (tenants) and Leads.(B) + New Lead Button - Launch a new lead card
  • Customer and Lead records.

  • (C) Notifications -

Actions that need to be performed at the location that day; including communication, informational, and actionable alerts
  • Provides important task reminders.

administrators access to adjust all settings
  • authorized users access to account configurations. Note: You must be assigned as an Administrator role on the account to have access to Settings.

  • (E) Personal Settings -

Allows all users access to adjust things such as their password, add a picture and logout of CallPotential.Image Removed
  • Click the dropdown to access and update such things as your username, password, and photo. You can also update the frequency of your email notifications as well as the reasons why you get notifications.
