This report provides an overview of Lead activity per location and includes Leads whether they originated in CallPotential or your Management Software.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed.

Reference Columns

We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

Lead Summary

  • (A)

     Sr No - The serial number of the item.(B)

     Location - Every location associated with your account.

Account-wide View

  • (CB) Total Leads - The total number of Leads that were created.

  • (DC) Active - The number of Leads that are still Active.

  • (ED) Rented - The number of Leads that have Rented.

  • (FE) Lost - The number of Leads that have been Cancelled.

  • (GF) Closing % - The Lead closing percentage as calculated by the total Leads divided by the number of Leads rented.

    Time to First - The average time to complete the first manual Follow-up event compared to the time it was scheduled to be completed (format DD:HH:MM).

  • (N) Name - Click to access the specific Lead card.

  • (OLocation - The location where the Lead was created.

  • (L)Lead Id - The unique identification given to each Lead.

  • (M) Name - The Lead's name.

  • (N) Phone - The Lead's primary phone number. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter this column.

  • (PO) Created/Date Time Status - The date and time the Lead was created.

  • (Q) Status - The current Lead status. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter this column.

  • (RLead's current status. 

  • (P) Lead Creator - The employeeuser's name who created the Lead. System indicates an API Lead.
