Scripts ensure a consistent sales process and that employees cover all key points in your sales process. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to remove a script card from availability in the system.

You must be signed into

the Web Client

CallPotential's web version as an Administrator to archive a script card.

Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all your available administrative settings.

You cannot archive a script card if it is currently assigned to a location or is listed as the default.

  • Select

    Archive - Once you’ve located the script card(s) you wish to archive, click this (D) checkbox to select it. Note: You are able to select and archive multiple cards at once.

  • (E) Archive - Once 1 or more cards are selected, this icon becomes enabled. Click to remove the selected cards from the Active list and make them unavailable for use within the system.

Unarchive an Archived Script Card

  • (F) Archived - Click to access the Archived list.

  • Select card to unarchive - Once you’ve located the script card(s) you wish to archive, click this (G) checkbox to select it. Note: You are able to select and unarchive multiple cards at once.
  • (H)Unarchive - Once 1 or more cards are selected, this icon becomes enabled. Click to move the selected cards to the Active list and make them unavailable for use within the system.Image Removed
    • Note: Archived script cards can be returned back to Active status by clicking (F) Archived and completing steps (D) & (E). When Activating a script card, (E) Archive will read Unarchive.
