This guide explains where to locate a Lead Type and how to make adjustments. Lead Types may need to be updated throughout the life of the Lead. For example, a Lead can initially be created as an Inquiry and will need to be updated to a Reservation when they want to reserve a unit.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Access - Note: Before you can update a Lead Type, you'll first need to access the specific Lead Card. Click here to learn how to do that.

Step 2 -
  • (A)Lead Type dropdown - From

    Inside

    inside the Lead Card, click the

    Lead Type (A) dropdown menu.

Select and Save

  • Choose the new

    (B)Lead Type - Select the appropriate Lead Type

    (B).
  • Click Save (C).
  • Note: Your Management team may have created slightly different Lead

Types may differ from this example as your management may have customized options.

  • (C) Save - Click to save your newly selected Lead Type and close the Lead Card.
