This report provides an overview of Lead activity per location and includes Leads whether they originated in CallPotential or your Management Software.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

Lead Summary

  • (A) 

    Sr No -

    Location - Every location associated with your account. 

  • (B) 

    Location

  • Total Leads - The total number of Leads that were created.

  • (C) 

    Total

    Active - The number of Leads that are still Active.

  • (D) Rented 

    Active

    - The number of Leads that have Rented.

  • (E)

     

    Lost -

     

    The number of Leads that have been Cancelled.

  • (F) Closing % - The Lead closing percentage as calculated by the total Leads divided by the number of Leads rented.

    The number of manually completed Follow-ups.

  • (I) Auto -

     

    The number of automatically completed Follow-ups.

     Location - The location where the Lead was created.

  • Id - The unique identification given to each Lead.

    The Lead's name.

  • (N) Phone - The Lead's primary phone number.

    Created/Date Time -

    Status - The Lead's current status.

    Lead Creator - The user's name who created the Lead. System indicates an API Lead.

    Created Date/Time - The date and time the Lead was created.

    No of Calls

    - Indicates the tracking line that the Lead called in on.

  • (AA)View Lead - Click View in this column to access read-only versions of the Lead & History card for a specific Lead. Within the History card, you can listen to previous calls as well as read previous emails and text correspondences.
