You need to be logged into SiteLink Corporate Control to perform this task.
Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.
So that leads immediately transfer from SiteLink to the CallPotential system, you will need to enable the Lead Webhook for each location in SiteLink
- (A) Click Rules for Website, Kiosk and Call Centers.
Select the Location and Set the Webhook - Note: You will need to do this for each, individual location.
- (B) Click the location.
- (C) Click Next.
- (D) Enter the Webhook URL - https://dev-hook.callpotential.com/sitelink/sitelinkCallback.
- (E) Click OK.
