With CallPotential open on your screen, the Alert icon notifies you of actions that require your attention. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to process the actions and hide the notification.

New Alert - Note: If there is more than 1 notification, they will list vertically.
(A) Accept/Reply/Download Accept - Click to complete the system action. Depending on the type of action required, you will have different options. These actions may include;

(B) Hide - Click to remove the alert from your screen.

(C) Bell icon Alert - Click to show hidden alert(s). Alerts represent an action that needs to be completed such as Accept, Reply, or DownloadThe number above the icon represents how many alerts are waiting for you. As each action is completed, the number badge will decrease accordingly.
