The purpose of this guide is to explain how to change the primary phone number associated with a Lead's record. It is vital to maintain accurate phone numbers for Leads to ensure they keep receiving Follow-up phone calls and texts.

Update Primary Phone Number - Note: If the Lead is also a tenant, their primary phone number can’t be updated.
(G) Type dropdown - Click to select.(H) Number window - Click to enter the new number. (I) Confirm - Click to add the new number to the Lead’s account. Confirm becomes clickable once you enter 10 digits (No “1” before the area code) and select the Type.(J)Save - Click to apply changes to Lead’s account.Image Removed
Delete Secondary Number(s) - Note: A Lead’s primary number can’t be deleted.
