CallPotential's Multi-ring Feature enables inbound location calls to simultaneously ring multiple phones for times when an employee is not at the main phone.
Access Specific Location
- (A) Edit - Locate the specific location you wish to add a number and click to edit.
Add Additional Number
- (B) Add Number(s) - Add the additional phone number(s) to the location's primary phone, separated by commas (no spaces). Locations can accommodate up to 3 numbers.
- (C) Finished - Click to add the additional phone numbers to the location. Additional numbers will appear listed along with the main number in the My Locations pagesave changes. Inbound location calls will now ring simultaneously to all numbers saved in the Primary Phone field.
