1. Login to the WebAPP & Call Tracking
First, in order to assign a separate call route to a specific tracking line, you will need to log in to the WebAPP. You can do so by navigating to http://app.callpotential.com and logging in with your Administrator credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please reach out to support at 877-552-2557. After successfully logging in, you will want to click the "Call Tracking" tab.
2. Edit a Tracking Number
After Accessing the Call Tracking tab, you will be brought to the tracking numbers page. This will list all the tracking numbers on your account. Simply find the tracking number that you have already acquired, and click "edit" next to it. If you have not acquired the number yet, please see the "Acquire a Tracking Number" guide.
3. Advanced Settings
Once you have clicked on the edit link next to the tracking number you wish to change the call route for, a yellow box will pop up at the top of the screen. Click on the "Advanced Settings" link, located right underneath the location field.
4. Select Call Route
Next, you will want to select the call route that you have made for this tracking number. If you have not yet made the call route that you wish to use, you will have to go back and do so. For more information on creating a new call route, please see the "Setting up Call Route" guide. You will also have the option to Record inbound calls or not record inbound calls on this number SPECIFICALLY, or exclude the number.
5. Save
After you have selected the appropriate call route for this tracking line, simply click the "Save" button at the bottom right corner of the screen. You have now successfully set up this tracking line on it's own call route!
