1. Summary
This report provides some insight on the calls that come in and go out through CallPotential, in the given date range, of for the facilities on your account. With all reports, you are able to either download the CSV file, or email the report directly from this screen.
2. Location column

This column refers to the locations listed on your account, each being in a separate row, and each row numbered accordingly.
3. Inbound column
...
This column refers to all calls that came into your facilities. The sub-columns, which break these inbound calls down, are as follows:
a. Total - the total number of calls that came into each facility
b. Answered - the total number of calls into each facility that were answered at the facility, at any point in your call routing
c. Not Answered - the total number of calls into each facility that were not answered at the facility, at any point in your call routing
d. Leads - the total number of leads created off these calls at calls from leads to the facility
e. Customer - the total number of customers that came in on these callscalls from customers to the facility
f. Collection - the total number of times the call came in from collectionscalls that came into the collection line for the facility
g. Other - the total number of calls dismissed as "other" that came into the facility
4. Outbound column
This column refers to all calls that went out from your facilities. The sub-columns are as follows:
a. Total - the total number of outbound calls
b. Follow up - the total number of follow up calls
c. Collection - the total number of collection calls
