Reference Column

  • (A)Location -

    Locations associated with your account with all the subsequent data to the right specific to that Location.

Inbound columns (per facility)

  • (The location were the employee works.

  • (B) Inbound Calls - The total number of calls received through CallPotential.

  • (C) Inbound Answered - The total number of calls that were answered at any point in your call routing.

  • (D) Inbound Not Answered - The total number of calls that were not answered at any point in your call routing.

  • (E) Inbound Lead Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Leads.

  • (FD) Inbound Customer Calls - The total number of calls dispositioned as Customers.
