The purpose of this guide is to explain how to change a Lead's status from Cancelled to Active. The reactivated Lead is then automatically placed back into the Follow-up workflow.

Disposition as Lead

Status Dropdown

  • (A)

    Greeting tab - After answering an Unknown call, you will be brought here allowing you to determine what type of call this is. 
  • (B) Disposition - Once determining the caller is a Lead, click Lead to classify the call as such and open a new Lead Card.

Enter Name - Your script my differ from this example as your management may have customized its contents.

  • (C) Name - Enter the name of the caller. 
  • (D) Select Matching Name - Click to select the matching name in the dropdown.
  • (E) +more - If you don't see the matching name in the dropdown, click to access additional names.

Merge Lead - Save, Neighbors and Notes are not editable until you complete the merge process. 

  • (F) Directional Arrows - Use the directional arrows to search for additional Leads if this isn't the correct match.

Merge Confirmation - Save, Neighbors and Notes are not editable until you complete the merge process. 

  • (G) Confirm - After confirming this is the correct Lead Card, click to merge this previewed Lead Card to the existing Lead Card. 
  • (H) Merge Cancelled Lead - Click Confirm to finalize the merge process.

Change Status to Active

  • (I) Status dropdown - Click to access a list of Lead status options.
  • (J) Active - Select Active. After selecting Active, you are able to edit the Lead Card as necessary.
  • (K) Save - Click to save changes and close the Lead Card.

     Status - Along the top informational ribbon in the Lead card, click the dropdown to access your available options. Click here to learn how to find a specific Lead card.

  • (B) Active - Select Active from the dropdown. Note: When a Lead has a Cancelled status, the only option is Active.

Confirm the Status Change & Save It

  • (C) Confirm - Click to change the Lead's status to Active and close the popup window. Note: A note will be added to the record indicating that the Lead has been reactivated.

  • (D) Save - Click to apply the status change to the Lead's account. Note: The next time this Lead card is opened, the Status will display, "Active".
