Reference Columns
(A) Sr No - Indicates the item's serial number.
(B) Location - Locations associated with your account with all the subsequent data to the right specific to that Location. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter this column.
Inbound columns (per facility)
(C) Total - The total number of calls.
(D) Answered - The total number of calls that were answered at any point in your call routing.
(E) Not Answered - The total number of calls that were not answered at any point in your call routing.
Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.
(A)Location - The location were the employee works.
(B) Inbound Calls - The total number of calls received through CallPotential.
(C) Inbound Lead Calls - The total number of calls from dispositioned as Leads.
(GD) Inbound Customer Calls - The total number of calls from dispositioned as Customers.
(HE) Inbound Collection Calls - The total number of calls that came into the collection Collection line.
(IF) Inbound Other Calls - The total number of calls dismissed dispositioned as Other.
Outbound columns (per facility)
(J) Total (G) Outbound Calls - The total number of outbound calls initiated through CallPotential.
(KH) Outbound Follow-up Calls - The total number of follow up calls.
(LI) Outbound Collection Calls - The total number of collection Collection calls.
