The purpose of this guide is to explain what can be done by accessing the various Settings and Functions icons. These icons are located in the top, right corner of every CallPotential page. Note: Depending on your system access level, you may not have this complete list of icons.

Icons

  • (A) New - Launches When a new Lead walks into your location, click this to open a new lead Lead card.

  • (B) Search - Provides a way to search for both Customers (tenants) and LeadsCustomer and Lead records.

  • (C) Notifications - Provides important task reminders.

  • (D) Settings - Provides authorized users access to account settingsconfigurations. Note: You must be assigned as an Administrator on Administrator role on the account to have access to settingsSettings.

  • (E) Personal Settings - Access to individual users setting such as password, email notifications and logout of CallPotential.

  • Click the dropdown to access and update such things as your username, password, and photo. You can also update the frequency of your email notifications as well as the reasons why you get notifications.
