You must be
signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and create
new Lead Types.
Lead types available in your PMS (such as Inquiry or Reservation) are automatically available in CallPotential to use when creating new Leads. CallPotential also provides the ability to create new, custom Lead types allowing you to further customize your follow-up process. This guide explains how to create those new, custom Lead types.
