(F)Location - Click the dropdown to change the location the number will dial.
(G) Ad - This is the ad source the number is associated. Associating a phone number with an ad source allows you to track the effectiveness of your advertisements. In other words, this means the ad associated with the number can be credited with generating the call and allowing you to justify its expense. Click the dropdown to change the ad source the number is associated.
(H)Call Routing Rule - If you want the number to follow the call route assigned to the location, leave this as "USE LOCATION DEFAULT". This is the typical setting for most location numbers. However, if you want the number to follow a unique call route,
then click the dropdown to select the unique call route.
(I)Script Card - If you want calls to this number to populate the script assigned to the location,
then leave this as "USE LOCATION DEFAULT". This is the typical setting for most location numbers. However, if you want the number to populate a unique script,
then click the dropdown to select the unique script.
(J) Record Inbound Call - By default, inbound calls will be recorded.
Uncheck the Uncheck the box so that the system does not record inbound calls.
(K) Exclude Number -
Click Click the checkbox to exclude the number from being used in outbound calls’ caller ID.
