The purpose of this guide is to explain how to change a Lead's status from Cancelled to Active. The reactivated Lead is then automatically placed back into the Follow-up workflow.

Disposition as Lead
- (A) Greeting tab - After answering an Unknown call, you will be brought here allowing you to determine what type of call this is.
- (B) Disposition - Once determining the caller is a Lead, click Lead to classify the call as such and open a new Lead Card.
Enter Name - Your script my differ from this example as your management may have customized its contents.
- (C) Name - Enter the name of the caller.
- (D) Select Matching Name - Click to select the matching name in the dropdown.
- (E) +more - If you don't see the matching name in the dropdown, click to access additional names.
Merge Lead - Save, Neighbors and Notes are not editable until you complete the merge process.
- (F) Directional Arrows - Use the directional arrows to search for additional Leads if this isn't the correct match.
- (G) Cancelled - Confirms that this Lead has a Cancelled status.
Merge Confirmation
- (H) Confirm - After confirming this is the correct Lead Card, click to merge this previewed Lead Card to the existing Lead Card.
- (I) Merge Cancelled Lead - Click Confirm to finalize the merge process or Cancel if this isn't the correct Lead Card.
