Reference Columns

  • (A) Sr No - The item's serial number.

  • (B) Location - These are locations that are listed on your account. Information listed to the right applies specifically to that location. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter this column.

  • (C) Type - Indicates the call category. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter this column.

  • (D) Months - The current year listed with data specific to each month.

  • (E) Calls - The number of inbound calls per facility.
  • (F) Calls - Non Collection - The number of total non-collection calls that have been received.
  • Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

    Lead Trends

    • (A) Location - Every location associated with your account.

    • (B)Month(s) - The month associated with the year selected in your filter.

    • (C) Leads - The number of Leads that have been created per facility.
