This guide explains how to archive locations when they are no longer using CallPotential's platform and how to activate archived locations. Archiving a location removes it from all system functions.  Note: You need to contact your account manager or CallPotential support before archiving or activating location(s) so they can add or remove integrations, turn on or off workflows and activate or archive its phone numbers.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

You must be signed into CallPotential's web version as an Administrator to perform these actions.

Select Location(s) to Archive

  • (A) Active - From the location list,

     confirm

     confirm this is selected, indicating only active locations are listed. If the Active label is white, click to select it.

  • (B) Location - Locate the location(s) you wish to archive. You may select multiple locations to archive at once.

Archive Location(s)

  • (C)Archive - Once your location(s) have been selected, this will appear and become enabled. Click it to remove the selected location(s) from the system.

Select Location(s) to Activate

  • (D)Archived - From the location list, confirm this is selected, indicating only archived locations are listed. If the Archived label is white, click to select it.

  • (E)Location - Locate the location(s) you wish to activate. You may select multiple locations to activate at once.

Activate Location(s)

  • (F)Unarchive - Click to activate the selected location(s) in the system. All previous settings will be reinstated.
