Columns

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

  • (A) Sr No - Indicates the item serial number.(B) Location - All locations listed on your account. Each row contains location-specific data. Note: Click the 3 rows of lines to filter this column

  • (B) Competitor - The top 3 competitors, in the given date range, which Leads have been lost to, if selected in CallPotential when the manager cancels a Lead.

  • (C) Total Leads - The total number of Leads that have been lostcreated for the given date range.

  • (E) Competitors - The top 3 competitors, in the

    (D) Leads Lost - The total number of Leads that have been cancelled with the Manager indicating Lost to Competitors as the cancellation reason.
